Sounds like a plan, count Dan & Karen in - so two for breakfast. Perhaps we can do a drive after breakfast for those wanting to venture further. I'll think about a drive route. More on this later Dan

I spoke with John Bellotti from "Caddy's Restaurant" at Castle Oaks yesterday.
His suggestion is to have a "breakfast buffet" featuring: eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, breakfast potatoes, french toast, orange juice, and coffee.
The usual breakfast buffet charge for events like golf tournaments, etc is $15. per person, for our group the charge would be $12.50 per person, which would include tax... tips would be each persons responsibility. The one stipulation is that they would like to bill us as a group rather than separate checks. If this is agreeable with everyone I will give him the go-ahead.
Thanks to Dan and Phil for your prompt responses. Everyone else please give me some indication of your intent so that I can keep a head count for the restaurant.
Thanks,
Bob

I know it's still early for some folks to post their intentions... that whole fear of commitment deal.
"What if I get a better offer?"
Oh, really... as if! I know you guys, this is your big chance for the month!
Think about it, what could be a better offer than a beautiful, crisp fall drive to Ione on country roads? Ain't nothin' better!
So far we have 14 attendees and 8 cars by my count... anyone else?
Bob

Venum 14,
The more the merrier! The last big meet-up at Castle Oaks was 24 cars... maybe we can top that this time.

Bob,
I may have to forgo this one. My daughter is planning to move into a house I bought recently on the 15th...... although she may be getting ahead of herself. I won't know until a week before, but wanted to give you a heads-up.

Phil,
I understand... family has to come first. Hope you can make it, but if not we'll miss you.
If you do show up I will bring some eggs for Sandy.
