Phil,

Did you have to drive all the way up to Newcastle to get that signed off?

Yep, but it was a nice drive. Pleasant guy that signed it off. He laughed when I told him why I was there, said the cop must have been having a bad day (no $hit!).

Phil,
What a good sport he was to pose for the picture. Thanks for posting it. It made me smile. Now I'll have to start looking for my other plate. I have no idea where I put it.

Phil, Is that carpet under your car? Does the heat from your sidepipes impact it at all?

Yep, carpet... I don't like laying on cement in the winter. Had it there all threw the build and ever since. Never any problem with the side pipes.

Yep, Lowes low pile Blue carpet under my Cobra too. Its affordable, works well, and if you mess it up just replace it every 4-5 years. Can't imagine my Cobra garage without it now.

Any thoughts about a ride out to Ione for breakfast next weekend or did that thought go away?

Warren,
I believe that is the plan for the October breakfast, although if you post a new topic you might get someone(s) to take a drive next weekend.
