That's quite a speech for a "man of few words."
Did my shopping this morning, weather looks good for Saturday, gas tanks full.... should be fun and rewarding.

Well,
I guess we'll be a small, but enthusiastic group.
But, I hope we see a few more sign up. This reallly is a worthy cause.

Just to let everyone know, I was contacted by a representative of the hospital who wanted to contact the media about our event. I certainly don't want any personal publicity, and would rather not act as club spokesman (Duane, Phil, anyone?), but I told them that it was OK with me.

If they do show up and pull out a microphone I'm comfortable someone will step up.

Hi Phil, yeah I've attended every year since the very first year and just now realized I may have confused myself with the homeless shelter drop we did one year prior to the Sutter run. That was the one where we had all the names and ages staying there but it was about 6 or 7 years ago and it was right in the heart of downtown. I remembered once I realized we did not bring the Cars to that one, just loaded the SUVs with bags of new clothes for families staying there during cold winter times. See you Sat. D

Hehehe, "someone" does not exclude Phil either.
Ron,
Since we both work for the company, we can both get up there and say a few words for a very worthy cause. Bring your santa hat. Whatever we need to do is fine by me and we just need to give credit to everyone who has participated this time and over the years from NorCal Cobras. Everyone always comes out for this one!

Duane,
Right you are!
BTW: It should be cool and probably cloudy, but no real chance of rain until later in the day. So, all you roadster drivers should be good to go, just bundle up a bit. I'll be sure to wave from within the confines of my nice, warm cabin.
