2003 NorCal Cobras Wind Youth Center drop
1st Annual NorCal Cobras / Sacramento Wind Youth Center drop for Teens
Hi All,
As a follow-up to the previous message, a group of us with donations from members and friends of NorCal Cobras are making a holiday drop at the Sacramento Wind Youth Center for Teens on Saturday 12/13.
We are dropping off several bags of brand-new items requested such as hooded sweatshirts, sweaters, socks, undergarments, soap/toothpaste, etc. Our local Mervyns and Target stores were so kind to provide 50% off on these items for the cause. These teens need warm clothing and basic items that we all take for granted sometimes...
If anyone in the Sacramento area would like to do something extra for others during these cold holidays, the teens there really need it and appreciate it. This year we meet at Brookfields on Sunrise at 09:00 for Breakfast and on to the WY at 10:30 for the drop. We are starting small this year and plan to grow this every year! Maybe some of you in the NorCal area can join us in the future.
