NorCal Al - What's up?
NorCal Al,
At our last meeting you said that you might set up our August meeting. Just checking to see if you've got any suggestions or ideas...

Hey Jim,
I wrote a 4 paragraph disertation and the site dumped it.
In short, I've been in the field for 2 weeks and busy with work and overheated with the weather. Last discussion revolved around a dinner meeting. The Ridge in Auburn has dinner until nine on Saturday. There is a Baskin-Robbins a short distance away (for Steve). Or some alternative.
If this is workable, lets have a head count so we can make some reservations. Maybe cocktails at 6:30, dinner at 7?
I presume the fallback would be early breakfast (8 or 8:30am) in Foldom or Auburn?

If it's a dinner thing, another alternative would be Robbers Roost in Foresthill. A beautiful evening drive at a decent elevation, i.e. cooler temps (plenty of parking in back). Cocktails

I'll be there wherever we decide to meet for breakfast. I'm pretty sure Steve will be there too.
