New guy in Elk Grove
Hey dudes-
New to the forum, just saying hi. I am currently building a Factory Five roadster with 302 EFI, IRS, Halibrands, etc. Car is at the roller stage at this point.
I have met a few of the local Cobra folks. Looking forward to meeting more people and seeing their cars. It seems there are many in the Sacramento area. I will see about making one of the breakfast meets as well.
Here are some pics of my roller from last month:

Take it easy-
Justin

Hoof-Nice to hear from you. I am in Elk Grove, also. There are at least 3 FFR's in town and quite a few cars in the E.G. area. If I can be of any assistance, feel free to contact me. Steve

Hey there Steve-
I am good friends with Gary (twin turbo FFR) and I was directed to this site by Jim (ZL1) who I met via PM on ffcobra.
I am planning to get started on brake and fuel lines this Saturday, Don Depontee is going to help me out as everything is stainless.
Feel free to stop by or call anytime. I live in Laguna near Franklin and Poppy Ridge.
Justin

Hoof Hearted,
Welcome. Use the NorCal forum and post often with progress. As Mr. Thud said, there is a get-to-gether planned for next Sat (20th), if the weather holds you should be able to get a good look at a variety of cars.

Hey Justin, Hello - Welcome to the NorCal Cobras crowd. You are right, there are quite a few of us around here in Sac, and MANY rarely sign onto this forum, but they show up in person sometimes. The only thing required to be involved in person is to just show up at one of our informal monthly get togethers. Pics look great. The stage you are at right now is one of the coolest and most enjoyable times during the build (and savor it) when you start to see the first good glimpse of a roller transitioning into a car. Every time I see pics like that in that stage it makes me want to start building another one just for the fun of building it and watching it come together. Enjoy!

Justin,
The chassis looks great! Can't wait to see you pair it with that motor & trans. You have got yourself a great looking car.
Let me know if you need a hand and I'm glad to help out.

Thanks Rodney. I may have to take you up on the offer. You are welcome to stop by this Saturday and check out the build, we will be working on it throughout the day.
Here are motor pics if anyone else wants to see. Just a stock EFI 302 cleaned up a bit. It will work for now.

Now that is one stunning "before" and "after" comparison!
Beautiful work.
