Body shop 101 in Stockton ,CA August 4/5
Hey dudes-
It's time to finish up the body work on my car and get it ready for paint. Body Shop 101 is the equivalent to a build party, except it's all filler and sanding. I've already ground and filled the seams, and the panels are basically gapped and fitted. We'll just finish everything up and get it into primer, then the car goes to the painter. :3DSMILE: Anyone who wants to help out is welcome. Or if you are considering doing your own body work this is a great way to get a feel for it. Plus it's fun to hang out with a bunch of car folks and get some work done. I will provide lunch! That's ok. Hope all is well at home. We got it into primer last night and blocked it out today. I'll be down there again this week for the second coat of primer and then final block before it goes to paint.

Yes. We're picking it up Thursday and are soooooo excited! I need to change a few thingy's, but they're already here or on the way.
Unfortunately, I found out Friday I have to have surgery in my right/middle ear, so I'm going to be down a few weeks in September and won't get enjoy the new baby too much. Oh well, I need a vacation anyway.. |

No paint just yet. We had to work out some scheduling so as it stands now, we are going to the painter this Thursday. I will post pics when we get some color on it. Once I get it back from the painter I should have it all done a week or two after. Just in time for some late summer cruising. :D

Sounds good. Most likely all this hot weather will be done by then too.. :)
