Saturday Nov 29 Drive Anyone?
The weather for Saturday is predicted to be dry and I need to burn up a tank of gas. Any takers for a post-Thanksgiving drive?
Kurt

Hey Kurt,
Tracy & I were thinking the same thing. We talked about Sunday, but Saturday may work also. How about a drive through Amador county or something.

I'm thinking...coffee around 8:00-ish, heading up 50 to Ice House Road, buzzing around there (old motorcycle routes) and taking Ice House toward Georgetown, grabbin' a quick bite, end up on 49 and heading back. Should be able to get my fix with something like that. My son will be coming, he's been needing a fix too.

How about a later start, a stop for lunch along the way? Much warmer and more pleasant. It's going to be in the low 70's Saturday and Sunday. What say you??

Kurt,
If Tracy decides not to come, I'll drag my son along also, so both can finally meet. Where should we meet up?

Let's say 10:00 at S-Bux in El Do Hills? It'll give us all a little more sleep time -- not to mention a little warmer.

Would love to go,, but,, since my cabin contractor is a big steaming pile of crap and our place isn't done YET, I have to go work on it to get some things done before the first snow tomorrow. So, have fun, I know Ice House road very well, you should stop at Robbs Valley Resort for a warm-up. It's just past the turn to Georgetown on Ice House Road. Did I mention my turtle slow contractor is a pile sh!t. Have fun at the Fong's also. Missing you,,, ED
