We're bringing two stuffed critters and a combo DVD (Hook and The Indian in the Cupboard), although I don't think duplicates is an issue.

You guys are awesome! The kids and their parents are gonna love this.
Approx totals so far:
People wearing santa hats: 46
Cobras carrying people wearing santa hats: 23
Toys that are gonna make these kids smile all day long: 53
If a few of us can get one extra toy, we will easily meet the goal of 75. I'm gonna get some DVDs today at lunch.
So far it looks like the weather will be ok. Let's hope for clear skies!

We're bringing 2 extra dvd's also.
