Mt Baker, Artist Pt
We had a great time & the weather was perfect! Thank you Dbl Barrel for getting us out to play. Too bad some of the Cobras were not running. At least Bob & Mary came anyway even though they had to suffer in their vette. It was neat meeting Cobra Dad, too. He was pretty darned excited when we got to the 1st stop.

We'd like to go for another run somewhere this weekend, if anyone else is available & up for some fun let's see what we can come up with.
Our best, gloria & Cobra Dale

Ok I know this is very late, but hows about we meet some where in the middle like
La Conner for lunch and goofing around. We are open this weekend, Monday is the most notice, what ever works.

Well it's with a deep sadness that I inform everyone here that the Cobra is gone.
After last Saturday, by the time I got home my back was hurting pretty good. By Sunday morning I was having difficulty walking.
So after 5 years and 2 days it's gone.
However we will never forget the good times we had with it, and the great people we met.
So take care everyone. And if you see an old fart in a yellow C5 Corvette wave at you, it's probably me.

John, you have seniority, so as far as I am concerned you and the fing vette are welcome any time.
Sorry to hear the news.

Holy smokes! John, you are a man of action! How did you sell your Cobra so quickly? Sorry to see you go and hope your back recovers and you are back in the seat of a new Cobra quickly!
Tetelle and I are up for a run as our Cobra has brand new rear wheel bearings and is running again! Is there a back way or round about way to drive around Stanwood, Camas (?) Island or Samish Island?

Actually Ward, I did not sell it.
Karen had found an Infiniti that she liked, so we took the Cobra to go look at it. Did not want to take the old Infiniti as I don't like to feel pressured to do the deal right then with the car I'm going to trade in.
We test drove a few and decided on the one we liked. Then the sales manager made an offer on the Cobra that I could accept. So we ended up trading both vehicles for the new one. That worked for me as I hate selling things. Now I don't have to worry about tire kickers, frauds, and all the other crap that goes with a private party sale.
And best of all, Karen is happy that she can take her new car on our vacation next week.

OK Ward & Bob, Greg?
How about we meet at the art gallery at the start of Chuckanut at 11:00am.
Since it is just us northern guys we can play it by ear.
Bob we will have you home in time to catch the plane.
