Much of that is consistent with other states. Most have gone away from a "rolling window" to a fixed date cutoff. It makes sense. I for the life of me can't even today, with a 40 year window, my 1973 Chevelle being considered a "collector vehicle".

Thanks for the input. Although the bill goes much further than what you have mention. I am glad you're not a Washington State resident.

I didn't say it was right, only that it is what it is.

And if you can be snotty about it so can I. And I'm eternally thankful I'm not a Washington State resident. It's second only to California in first place and Oregon in third place that I wouldn't even want to be buried in. For the record, I believe in Mandatory Carry laws. And double for the record I turned down mid 6 figure jobs with the largest tech employers in two of three of those states because of it. Nice places to visit but I always felt like some cop was going to ask me for my passport.

So given the influence, your rules are more likely to resemble California's than Colorado's... I can see SB100 rev2 on your horizon.
