Fred,
I'd be happy to write one up for you....................$150.00 about cover it? (the value, not my fee, that would be double that since I'm unemployed)
Seriously, email me direct: carbob40@attbi.com I'll give you some options.
Enjoy

Me Too!
Fred,
Parish Ins did the same to me this year with dropping my insured value by $35,000.00. I guess that is what I get for never filing a claim. I have used a great appraiser out of Bremerton twice now and he knows his Cobras and insurance companies. Apparently he does almost all the insurance appraisals in the NW. If your interested he will charge us less if we both do it together at the same time.
I will find my appraisal from two years ago and get his name and number up on this thread. Let me know what you think after you hear from Bob, maybe we could use his contacts and still save $$. Although Blue Cobra has been appraised by this guy twice over the last 5-years and not dropped a penny in value according to his market research (Hemmings and Shelby American are his typical market comparison sources).

The info you're looking for I think is:

suggest you join saac. I think it is a free service of theirs. besides the magazine alone is worth it.

David's Got It
John's the guy! I caught him two years ago last time when he was in Monroe at the big Ford Swap Meet, and saved some bucks. The swap meet was May 18th this year and the Parish Certified Letter “love letter” arrived just a few days after the swap meet so I missed John while he was in town this time.
David thanks for saving me some paper shuffling. Good point Bonyhadi I'll look into saac, if the insurance co makes me do this every other year it might save some big dough, thanks.
I'm still game to combine John's travel costs with anyone who wants to pair up with me on an appraisal. Good to go anytime, I hate insurance companies almost as much as lawyers.

More on John....
If you have the time from the Ins Co - I think he'll be at the Cascade Cougar Club's annual Prowl (linked with Renton River Days) on July 27th and 28th.
He usually shows at the All-Ford picnic too, which I believe is this Sunday.
