Historics Vintage Race
HI Rich:
My name is Gary Brown and I am a new member. I would like to see if there is any way I can go up to P.R.I. with the club this Satruday. Please let me what I would have to do if this is possible. Thank you for your response in advance.
Gary brown.

Gary
From the posts I have read from Rich it sounds like the historic races Saturday 7/6 at S.I.R. (Seattle International Raceway) are full. The historic races at P.I.R ( Portland Internation Raceway) are the next weekend. I have been arranging the tickets for club cobra for the portland event. I have sent tickets out already but I could call and see if I can get you in if interested. Let me know if you awant me to try and get you in. It is $35 for the three days. Hope to see you at one or both of the events.

My understanding is that the car corral is full, but anyone can come out to the races, park in the general parking and buy a admission ticket.
Then you can come hang out with us in the car corral and watch the races. Not as much fun without your car right there, but it's still worthwhile.
FYI,
Todd

I think Todd is correct. Only the corrall is full so "come ahead on" and we'll see you there.
Gee Todd, thought you had fallen off the face of the earth. Will be good to see you. Get a good radiator hose calmp for this year's parade will ya!

Hey Gary, just got your message today as I've been away from work all this week. You never know, it may be possible to get in so you should come along.
By the way, welcome to the site and to the club!

Hi Brent
I would love to go but I just don't want to take a chance that I might have to leave my cobra in the general admission parking lot. I don't know anyone that would. What do you think my chances are of getting in.

Gary,
Sorry I didn't reply sooner. I've been getting ready for, hosting, and cleaning up after a 4th of July party at our cabin. I just got home (10:30 on Friday night) and I'm pooped. I'd say the chances are slim to none of getting into the car corral. Please come out and say, "Hi".
Rich

Gary, I just got out of the garage....I have been in there pretty much since last Friday, and I just got it somewhat completed....At least enough to hang with the rest of you guys.
Gary, I would be glad to call, but it's late, although I'll be up for the next few hours, and I'll check this thread if you reply, and I'll call.
Sorry for the late response. I was going to drive out to your place this week if I could get extra tickets, but I've gotten the thumbs down for additional people, just as you see here. Popular event!
Regardless, as Rich says, it would be great to have you out.
