Hey, we missed you down here. They gave us a great spot. They had room right in the middle of the pits. Sandy was looking for a small club with a type of car that a lot of people enjoy looking at. It was hot but it is a blast. Going back today.

I'm still dead in the water.... I removed the negative battery cable and hooked up my volt meter, and I can see that there's a draw, and I think I narrowed it down to the positive wire on the electric choke because when I removed it, all the draw went away. Problem is, with it removed, the idle ends up around 2k....What the hell else could go wrong......don't answer that.

Sounds like you guys are having a blast! I'll be wrenching and getting frustrated instead. Yay.

Is that wire off of the ignition switch so that is only on after the car is started? I don't use the electric choke. At most, pump the gas once and turn the key. Good luck Brent. Had a graat time down here. Wish you guys could have made it.

That turned out to be the problem. It was on a hot wire all the time. Wired it yesterday to only be on when the ignition is turned on. Duh.
