Default Good by to a Friend

I had to say good by to very good friend today. With help from Steve and Dennis we pulled the 351W out of SPF 158 and now I have to wait for the new motor. With my age and reflex's not being what they used to be I've elected to go to the smaller SB. I will try and post a photo once the builder gets it done. With less HP and Torque I will have to learn to stay in the back of the pack.
Now if you beleive that line of BS I've got a bridge for sale also. With any luck late Jan or Feb the new motor will be ready to be shoe horned into its new home.

Hey Fred, what's the deal? I thought that thing ran like a top. What will this be, your fourth or fifth engine? Now if you had a ZZ4..............

Sorry to hear you gotta spend and spend again. Brenda must be rolling her eyes.

Fred. let me know if you need help. I can probably run beer or tools but not much else. Hell I am an Officer, what ya expect ? Anyhow are you building a monster engine for this thing or what. I'll send pictures of #1249. The engine is installed and I am just waiting for the roads to clear in Ohio for the test drive. Man am I chomping at the bit. Give me a call or email if I can be of assistance.

Keith

Me thinks at this stage of the swap, Fred is still doing a lot of "Yes dearing" and making all kinda nice promises to Brenda!

Zderf & Bish

At this stage the motor is out and gone. Brenda had a very nice Christmas. At this time the new motor is still on the drawing board. Brenda will have a very nice Birthday gift. I expect the motor will start to ressemble an engine by late next month. Brenda will have a very good Mothers day gift. I hope to have the engine ready to install around the middle of Feb. The new dining room table has been ordered. See you guys I get to do what ever I want and never have to worry about any back lash.
I sure am glad the dear wife never gets on the computer.
Will post the specs when I get them.
Got to go mop the HAll.

Default Big Block?

Fred,

Are we going to have another (minority member) Big Block in the NW Cobra pack? What did happen anyway with the 351 stroker 4x4? Did something come loose? Did you forget to locktite down the left-handed-sky-hook again?

Best of luck,
Kevin
