We will meet up with the Canadian cars at the 1st Surrey exit (176th St). Perry tells me it is about 20 mins. driving time from where we are going to get on the Trans Canada. They will all be parked along the shoulder, so we will slow down and scoop them up.

Probably Friday night, but this all hinges on the fact that the radiator comes in Friday, and I can get a person to weld on the inlets at a different angle on aluminum. If I can't get that done Friday (tomorrow), I probably won't be making it because I won't have time during the next week to get it done.

Canada
Bish,
Can you confirm what documents we will need to get in and out of Canada?
Last time a copy of a birth certificate and picture ID was fine. Plus I think we need to make sure we have current vehicle registration and insurance card.
Thanks,
Mike

Mike ,
That's what I carried when I went across the border last week, my driver's license and birth certificate.[passport would do also]
I had to show it going into the U.S., but not coming back into Canada.

Mike, if you're using a birth certificate, make sure it's the original, not a copy. A passport will do too.

Going into Canada if you have passport that would be best, but an original birth cert. and a drivers license will work. Coming back all you seem to need is a DL.

Oh ya!
Isn't life Grand! Cruising in a Cobra, clear skies and 76 degrees! Isn't there a beer commercial that says, "life doesn't get any better!"
Be Safe,
Mike

Don't think I'm going to make it. Radiator is in, but I can't get the oil leak to stop.
I even put studs on the pan rail to ensure everything went on perfect, and yet I still have the leak from HELL! Stop somewhere for two minutes and there's a nice little puddle (by little, I mean a few inches) in no time flat, so I'm beginning to wonder if it's not the pan gasket and instead main seal or something. I figure if it's leaking that much while it's sitting, it's gotta be ugly while driving...My Cobra hates me and I'm beginning to hate it back!

any room at the INN ???
Apparently Craig isn't allowed out of the country until after the end of the trial. So I have an extra room. Since it was intended for Craig and Krystania it probably has bunk beds. Any one interested in taking it off my hands let me know. The fine folks at Whistler aren't going to let me cancel it.

"severe clear" ...gotta love the sound of that! Is that what they call it when the weather is nice in spite of Bish being along?
Brent, I'm sorry you can't make it, I was looking forward to seeing you. That dumb ol' crap cake...

Jake, we are losing everyone, but Diana and I are planning on being at Shari's in Federal Way at 06:00. Fred, I like Bish's idea- ride up in the Corvette.
