Exclamation MiG-29 Fulcrum vs Rich

There we were on an active runway, when Rich gets the jump on this MiG-29 Fulcrum. Holy smokes!!! He beat the fighter thru the 1/4 mile! See the smile??

I could not beleive it! (don't spoze anyone will either, but here's the pic anyway.. oh I took it as I dove for cover)

I was not prepared to identify... kind of caught me off guard on the deck at that speed. Thanks for corrective notation of F14. Sorry.

Oops... its an F15?... darn.

Oh wait, just got another email...we're all wrong. Its a Russian MiG-29 Fulcrum. We should be close to being out of options, eh?

Here's a picture from inside the hanger that's across the street from where the F-15 pic was shot. I have stood in a building full of 747's before, but this thing just took my breath away.

Rich,

When did you guys go to see the "Goose"? Did you drive the snakes?

I was thinking of trying to put together a Snake run this fall to see her.

Mike,

Zderf and I did a 3-day Cobra run down to Fred's cousin's house in Tigard last weekend. We pretty much spent the whole weekend following him on his Harley through the coolest backroads in western Oregon and Washington. McMinville was definitely one of the highlights of the trip.

We're thinking this year's trip was the 1st Annual Oregon Run. "Annual" being the key word. You guys have some beautiful country roads down there.

Rich

If you think McMinville was pretty, you ought to see Silverton.

I know a RED Cobra likes it here.

Come check out the largest state park in Oregon, Silver Falls.

And after that see the Oregon Garden, let me know when you are coming and I will put couple on ice for you all, and let you have them after you help me pick the body off my Cobra.......

For the seventh or eighth, or I lost count time
