Default neede a Holley wizard in Tacoma area

I'm having problems with my dual Holley 1850 carbs . Idle seems OK. But in midrange it goes way rich. Spark plugs go black quickly . I'm sure there are people who know more about these carbs. I feel(if not) over my head , at least in the deep end. I'd like to get these carbs dialed in before winter gets here .

Mike I don't know of anyone in the Tacoma area but there is a guy up here on Bainbridge that knows holleys. Was Highly recommended by some of the muscle car and rodders from around here. I don't have his number but can get it if your interested.

Mike,
Call my son Tyler at 253 307 0224 he realy knows Holleys and if he does not have time to look at your set up he can tell you who you could call in Tacoma. He is racing the next two weekend Vegas, and Calif.

Bill's in Tacoma is a great deal. They will dyno tune your car and rejet for less than $150.00

Mike,
My advice?, chuck-em and put a set of Edelbrock's (Carter) on. Much easier to tune and work on especially with a dual quad set up because of the air door secondaries. I recommend their Thunder Series.
If you can't part with the Holley's there is a guy in the buss park at 112th and Portland Ave. Can't remember his name but he is THE man in Tacoma.
