Hood Canal Run
Anyone interested in going on a run around Hood Canal with some of us from across the Sound? There are great roads, with little traffic, to drive on. Great scenery and places for some awesome photo ops.
Date will be sometime in July after the Fourth and will depend if there is enough interest from you guys on the Eastside. Oherwise we'll schedule it on our own.
Come meet your Westside Cobra brethern

Sounds good G.R. As soon as you get the date post it so I can check to see if I'm working. If I'm not, I'm in.
Thanks, Jake

I would be interested as well. I grew up in that area so would give me an excuse to visit family as well. Like Jake, just let me know the date so I can make sure I am open.

Hood Canal update
G. R.
Asket if I could help him with planning of the Hoods Canal run. G.R. and I have come up this run so lets us know what, cruise, canal leaving Port Orchard at Sedgwick and SR16 Shari reaturant at 9:30am Leaving Seattle youi can take the Narrows bridge at Tacoma or Fauntlery Southworth Ferrry Leaving Fauntlery at 7:35am or 8:35am crossing time 30min fare about 14.50 with car driver. Leaving the Southworth ferry left at top of the ferry dock put you on Sedgwick rd. follow it to SR16 Shairs Resturant. Bainbridge &Seattle ferry leaving Seattle 7;55am and 8:45am meeting at Poulsbo Market on same road from ferry West end Poulsbo. Meeting at 10:30am.
Drive North to Hoods canal bridge west to Sr101 to Quileens south down 101 to Hoodsport, side trip at Hoodsport up Lake Cushman rd to end of and back, lots of sharpe tight turns., real Cobra road . Those that dont want to go can hang out in Hoodsport. South again on 101 to Hoods canal south shore rd. back to Belfair and East to Sr16. Note, those that dont want to go south shore road can go south on 101 to Olympia to I-5 with a stop at the Little Creek Caniso {this one for Jake }. G.R. and I are thinking July 7, or 28.

Andy,
The run is the 5th annual sponsored by Harley guys within the Pierce County Sheriff’s Dept. This year they invited the Cobra drivers within the department. Myself (RETIRED), Jake and I believe, Jason has signed up for the run.
The last weekend in July will work for me.
