Cool Joe's Garage - Open House 4/11/09

Hey Gang:

If you're around Seattle next month please join us for a FFR Cobra build open house. We'll be throwing open the garage door, turning up the music, and shooting the bull about cars (and whatever else...) from between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM on Saturday, April 11th, 2009.

My car is at go-cart stage so there's a lot to critique (be gentle on your humble host...).

Joe Caropepe
12105 12th Ave NW
Seattle, Washington 98177

Cobra's & cool cars are encouraged! (weather permitting, of course)

See you there! PM if you have any questions.

If the weather corporates, I'll head on up. Sounds like a fun afternoon.

I'm the most gentle silverback you would ever want to meet.

I will drop on up if the weather is nice and I'm not working.

Sure! If the driveways fill up (we've got two - a circle, and the one in front of the garage) we'll use the neighbors! If that fills up, we'll roll my car out and you can park in the garage!

I'm out of town working, but I'm planning on being there that weekend. I should be able to make it.
Wish my car was registered!

Default Question

I just bought my Cobra and I don't fit in it real well, should of checked this prior to buying but didn't, the question I have is their somewhere on here I can put it for sale, it isn't a FFR car, I think it is a B&B Manufacturing with at 351w 5 speed. Please point me in the correct direction, thanks Dan

Bumping back to the top...

...as I watch the weather, work in the yard, and clean the garage. Picking up my dad at the airport on Thursday.

Go-carted with the wife last night to test SAI, Forte's anti-sway bar, and Heidt's valve installation. Also had to bleed the brakes after replacing a pesky brake seal that was leaking. It's been over a month since I've driven it - almost forgot how much fun this is!

Timing is everything!

Andy:

Dogs still hunt & beer still drinks, rain or shine, right? This event is taking on a life of it's own - an unstoppable force of nature. I couldn't stop it if I wanted to now. I can only hope to somehow contain it...

Well, either that or it'll be 4 of us standing around the car 'ala Hank Hill and his buddies.

Either way, it's on!

No surprise, the forecast for tomorrow is........rain. That plus I was reminded of Easter weekend commitments so I will be unable to attend.

Thanks for opening your garage to everyone today. Your project looks great. It was fun meeting and talking to other Cobra enthusiasts. I can't wait to order my kit!
