Default Old 98 has new owner

I sold my Cobra to David from Port Orchard. I will be looking at another one this winter. David seems like a good guy who will want to meet all the crew.

I will still be active and am planning a memorial get together for Steve soon. Everyone is invited. The decision to sell the car was a business decision I had to make. Ray had asked about a Cobra get together at my place so this would be a good time for both. You are the greatest group of people and I proud to have meet you all. I will post information on memorial soon. Please welcome Dave into the group.

Welcome aboard Dave.

You got yourself one fine Cobra. Well, for a small block that is.

Default Hi, I'm the new "old 98"

My name is Dave Branch and I live in Port Orchard WA. I am a retired Production Manager at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. I started out as a machinist and would up running the place over the years. I have a lot of mechanical background but very little electrical. I have owned a 66 GTO, Torino GT, 57 Chev w/327, and many morotcycles. I currently have a Harley 1200 with all the stage 2 stuff. That was my need for speed. I am really looking forward to meeting all of you. My wife is Anita and she really is my better half. Her father was Bob Crawford who owned Crawford Motors in Bremerton (on Callow). If any of you are as nice as Jim then this club will be a great one. Jim is one of the good guys. I hope to be the same.

Welcome Dave. I think you'll find this a very diverse group. Many different backgrounds. It's nice to have another Cobra on this side of the bridge. I'm looking forward to meeting you.
