Default Run to Sjykomish Show and Shine

We will be heading up to Skykomish to check out the show and shine on Saturday August 22, 2009. They usually have some neat rides on display and it is a nice drive up Highway 2. If anyone would like to join us let me know so we can pick a place to meet. We were thinking of leaving the Snohomish area around 11:00 AM. We could even meet at Jake's favorite cafe'.

I'm a possible candidate for this.

It's been a stress filled week for Karen and I.

My mother (she turns 91 on 9/11) had some major surgery on Monday. It took from 8:30 in the morning until 3:00 in the afternoon. She's a tough old bird and came through it fine, and returned home yesterday. The bad part was Karen's father passed away on Tuesday after we returned home. She had about 5 weeks to prepare for it, but it's still hard on her, so it will probably only be me. And then I'm a weather dependant possible. As long as it's not going to rain, I'm up for it to my knowledge. The only change would be if Karen wants to start going through her fathers things.

I should know for sure by this time tomarrow.

I'm up for it but it's one heck of a walk

Silverback, Sad to hear of your loss. It's never easy to loose a loved one.
Hope next week will be brighter for you and your wife.

Jim

Jim,

You need to change your profile from Everett Morrison 347 stroker to Converse All Star High Tops with extra tight laces.

I must be dyslexic. I hope everyone understood I meant Skykomish.

Will be at Jake's favorite Cafe' Jake's Cafe (is that redundant?) at 10:00 AM and leave there around 11:00. Will probably speed no more than a couple of hours at the show and shine.

Does not look like this run is meant to be. Just found my coolant tank over flow tube is broken off of the tank so when the radiator cap relieves I get coolant spray in the engine compartment. Nuts! Guess it times to order parts!

May be next year.
