Headlight Stone Guards

Can anyone tell me how to install stone guards on the headlights. I purchased a set from finishline for my superformance and i just can not figure out how to put them on.

ERA535; I'm hoping to find the answer to this question, but at the same time I hope we're not the only two out there that don't know how to install them.

Here is what I did:

I took the shorter mounts (mine came with two sizes) and I screwed them into the headlight mount and then replaced the ring. So now you have these 3 things sticking out with the 'U' part facing upward.

I then installed the screens but did not feel confident that they would hold; I spun some safety wire on each. Looks fine and will never come off until I want it to.
