Default State meeting??

Well...after attending the central club meeting and seeing a very good turnout, my thoughts move towards the next State meeting. At the last meeting we had talked about getting together sometime in January. After looking at the calendar for the correct year, I thought that the 19th or 20th looked like
reasonable dates. As for the location, I am up for any suggestions. I would like to get some early RSVPs so that I can have an idea of how large a place we will need.

If anyone has ideas about agenda items for the upcoming meeting, your suggestions are welcome. Please let me know by the first week of January so that I can firm up the agenda and get it out to everyone prior to the meeting. You'll also need to let me know which of the dates above would be good.

Happy Holidays to everyone!

Aaron:

Count on me! Anything I can do to help, let me know. I'll think about agenda items and E-mail them to you as my brain allows me to. Oldge, you know. LOL Certainly DVII might be one item.

Looking forward to it.

Aaron,

We didn't get much time to discuss the location of the meeting, but feel free to hold it at our home Mrs. DV is all for it. and if by chance we should have an "overflow" we'll simply make room in the shop.

Hi guys!

Just let me know the time and place, I'll be there! Also, I am happy to say that I am one step closer to actually owning a car as I inked the deal with Dean @ Dynamic this past Friday!! Thanks again Frank for setting up the initial visit to Dynamic. I think current SPF owners are Dynamic's best sales people.

Ok Brian,

What are the details? Color? Motor? Wheels?

Congratulations on your car

Thanks Chad!! And thanks again for bringing your car up for me to see. After seeing your car, I decided on the titanium w/black stripes but will be using the 15" wheels and 295 tire upgrade. I really like the look of the 17's but decided to keep the look of the car as original as possible. Besides, I didn't want to copy your car (your welcome)!! For the type of driving I'll be doing I think the 15's will be fine. The engine will be a big block just not sure which one yet. I spoke with Eric @ Competition briefly on Friday when I was at Dynamic but I didn't have enough time to get all the details sorted out. I'll probably make another trip down to Ross, OH in the near future to talk engines and get my monthly Cobra fix!!

All,
I voting for the meeting to be Jan. 20, 2002--at DV place--
How about noon, that gives us guys up North a little extra time.

Dv's place is easy to find--I could even bring some chocolate chip cookies--

Noon--on the 20th----
Mike

Default second the motion for DVs place

Sounds good to me. I have been wanting to make it out there and this is a fine excuse.

Will we have some sort of 'press' packet? I will need something to generate interest from NBC and WLVQ.

Thanks

The 20th sounds good to me. Aaron, 20th?

Alice, the young lady crom Cystic Fibrosis, said she would like to attend if at all possible. She is also working very hard on a brochure for us.

More "good" news about our special event forth coming also.

It really gives me goose bumbs!

Thumbs up The 20th looks good.

It looks like the general consensus is the the 20th Of January around noon is the date and time, and Ed has offered the place . Since it is still literally a couple of months away there is the opportunity to change dates if needed. I also am looking forward to seeing and meeting what looks to be at least a half dozen new Cobra owners and soon to be Cobra drivers.
I would like to hear some imput from some of the Southern Ohio Cobra owners(you thought I did'nt know you were there, but I do)
Talk to you soon .
Aaron
