OCC State Meeting
O.K. Guys and gals:
THE day draws near!! Are we all on board? Does anyone have a count? Is Aaron (slvrsnk) informed? What Else? The weather isn't looking so hot (pun intended). Their talking 1-6 inches of snow. Drive your other cars!

Deal me in Frank. My only question is the time, 12 or 1?? I'm not sure about directions either although I believe DV posted them in another thread that I will try to find.

Here's the address for you "mapquest guys"
3212 Old Columbus Rd.
London, Oh. 43140
70 west out of Columbus - to the 72 Mile marker, St. Rt 56, second london exit. Turn right (north) first road on the right, about 2/10's mile, turn right again. First drive on the left.
If you get to the shell station, you passed us.
From the southern parts, just find 70 east, same exit then turn left
Eats will be all day starting any time after 1. Guys are coming in any where from noon on.
From the calls and e-mails it looks to be around 30 or so!
Not supposed to be any snow here tomorrow, some light stuff today, but dry by tomorrow.
For those that might want to call : 740-852-5280.
Certainly looking forward to getting everyone together again!

Everybody:
Great turnout!! Thanks to all for being there--especially to Ed and Diane for hosting the show!! I've already sent off letters to Germain (I'll stop in there this week too) Jeg's and Rahal Racing to solicit coporate sponsorships. I'll let everyone know what turns out. Aaron--congrats on the leadership! Please count on me for whatever helps the club succeed. Mike Braatz, you da man!

DV; Thank you and Diane for your hospitality and great food. As a "newbee" you have gathered a great group of people around you. Your shop is great...thanks for the tour. Also, congratualations to Aaron, Frank, and Steve on their newly elected positions and also thanks to Mike for starting our club down the right road. Well what can I say---I'm so proud I could I could pop a pimple--
Thanks too all of you for supporting the club and of course--
"THE FLING" Also, thanks go out to MR & Mrs. DV and daughter for the hospitality, friendship and great food--especially the potato salad and chocolate cookies.
Aaron, Frank and Steve-- "YA DA MEN" now.
This started off as just one thought and one message on the "clubcobra" web site. "IF THEY COULD SEE US NOW"
A special thanks to Brent for helping put this together.
Thanks for the kudo's--
Here's to the future-and with a crew like we've got---
"Here come the COBRA'S"
Can we get the motel numbers listed?
Again, thank's too you all--
Mike

A new 2002 "pocket pal" engraved Boys' Village, Inc.
Smithville, Ohio (A great foundation by the way!)

Ed
Those are mine---please keep the planner as a gift, I also left a calendar so if you can use them please do so.--I sure a few pens maybe laying around--
I left the white 3 ring note book for Aaron--I think he put his notes in it, so he may have forgotten it--
I am an administrator with "Ohio Boys' Village"
--as you must know, as a retired police office, we work with troubled youth--and I have worked with a lot of kids out of the Franklin Co. area--we now have close to 400 kids--
I'm organizing a Corvette show to be held at our place, in Wooster,--as a fund raiser--last year was our first attempt, we had around 35 Vetts show up, hopefully this year we will have more--That's one of the reasons I couldn't take on being president of the Ohio Cobra Club--to many irons in the fire--
Thanks for the nice day yesterday---you and your family made me and I'm sure everyone, very welcome--
