Fund Raiser in Columbus
MEMBERS OF THE OCC.
Boys' Village (who I work for) is a residential treatment center for Emotionally Disturbed Youth. Under our umbrella of services we have around 400 boys' and girls in treatment. Our foster parents are putting on a car show in Columbus, to help raise money for their activities fund. The name of the show is "CRUSIN FOR CHILDREN" The date is August 25th, 2002 The location is John Bishop Park in Whitehall Registration is from 1p.m. -- 3:00p.m. Awards at 6:00pm if you choose to enter the show. Cost $5.00 Cake raffle, Silent Auction, Trophies. They have asked me if we would have some COBRA'S there. I said of course we could--So mark your calendar -- This maybe a bit to early to announce this--but I will keep reminding you-- |

I suggested to Aaron we combine the next state wide OCC meeting and this show, he stated he liked the idea, any other thoughts. I can get one section roped off for the Cobra's If anyone has a fax I can send you a copy of the flyer-- This is an open car show--so invite your friends-- This show is being held to raise $$$ for kids in Foster Care. Our agency (Boys' Village) serves over 100 children in Franklin Co. Registration is from 1pm--3:30pm (3:30 is the correct time) awards at @ 6:00pm Location--John Bishop Park in Whitehall--Plenty of shade Any Questions, let me know--:D Mike |
