2nd Thursday
Frank lets look at the second Thursday of each month to get together. What are your thoughts on a place to meet? I thought that Fitzgaralds on Bethal road would be a good place to meet.
We could go for dinner and meet at around 7:30 or 8:00.
Depending on what people would like Buca Da Beppo in Worthington would also be a great place to meet .
Let me know what you( Or what anybody else that reads this) thinks.)
I had a great time in Southern Ohio and am hoping for another great weekend to go down again

Sorry guys, but anything on a weeknight is pretty much nada for me. What ever happened to the breakfast club idea? Der Dutchman in Plain City would be a great place for Sat or Sun breakfast meetings. Nice location out in the country, lots of parking space, central location....Thoughts??

Weekends are much better for us...assuming I haven't been banned As soon as I can figure out how to sqeeze two more days in a week, I should be able to replace the fuse in my DV and get it running.

Well
Brian with all of that HP in your car it should only be a 1/2 hour drive each way.
I am not opposed to a breakfast get together either, I am just looking for excuses to bench race and avoid the boob tube(tv).
We could do the Thursday night thing and still get together on the weekend or every other Saturday for breakfast or drives, or even drives and breakfast ( if you could not tell I like the drives part ) I think that we can work it out so that we will be able to accomidate almost everyone, since I do not think that anyone
is apposed to food or driving .We are about to enter a withdraw period for most of us where we start looking at hunting catalogs thinking ( I would be warm enough in that for a drive) So lets avoid the ORANGE camo and get together for some meals and some simular company.

Schedule it and they will come!
You schedule it and I will do my best to be there. What ever day and time you like. No matter when you do it, some one will have a conflict.

Guys ~ how about a cruise up this way around the Mohican area?? Maybe we could get some of the northern guys to join us. Don't get me wrong.....I don't mind cruising south, but it was fricking cold last Sunday (29 degrees). Call me a whimp if you wish, but I found out first hand that the heaters are about worthless at that temperature with the top down and 80 mph.
Speaking of cold weather, anyone have any problems with their clutch not engaging with cold temps??? It happened to me on several occasions on the way down but once the temperature warmed up everything was fine??!!
Brian
Aaron ~ sorry about keeping you guys waiting for me. I thought I could make it quicker than I did, although because of the moisture in the air, I found some icey roads between here and there. To be honest, at first I thought my clutch was slipping. I would shift out of 1st, 2nd and 3rd and the tach would just let loose. At least it was just ice and nothing else!!

Boy do I envy you guys. My monster's been sitting in the garage for the last two months waiting for the heater core repair. Too late now for Cobra fun this year. I think I'll go ahead and pull the front suspension and replace it with tubulars and coilovers, but I'm not sure who's to put on. I'm also thinking that if I'm that far I may as well install one of DV's steering columns. Hey DV, is it tough to add a roll bar after the fact. Had the car since '92, and now I'm liking the looks of roll bars, not to mention the safety benefits of them. Oh yea. I live 200 yards from 664 and 12 minutes from Logan. That's what makes your cruise even worse for me this year. Next Year I WILL MAKE IT. (I hope)
Talk at ya's later.

Aaron et. al.:
O.K. Let's schedule the 2D Thursday ( Nov 14th) for our first ever dinner cruise-in. Where is Fitzgeralds? I can't find it in the phone book. I'd be glad to set it up (private room, parking, time, etc.) if you can tell me where it is. Anyone game?

Fitzgeralds is on Bethal Road at the Bethel Center. It is where Dalts was located at by the Dollar theater .
We should have no problems with having space, they are not too popular yet and they also have a room that they do not use that often .
