It's a boy!
Yes, another future enthusiast has entered the world! Born last night(8-21) at 10 PM, healthy, strong, and beautiful like his Mom!
Tried as I might for names such as Shelby, Fairlane, and Cobie, level heads prevailed, and Diego Alexander got the nod.
Wife & baby are doing wonderfully, and Dad is glad the women were bestowed the birthing task, as we would otherwise go the way of the dinosaur!
I have found something that tops the Cobra on the thrill meter.

We have one about to arrive any day now! I am also very excited. Coby was an option, but adding that to our cat named Shelby, it might be a bit over the top. Congrats on your new arrival!
Andy.

Appreciate the experience and the son. He will grow up very fast. Do not put off tomorrow what you should be doing with him today. Appreciate the moments. Best wishes.

Thanks everyone, for the sage advice, and kind words.
At 4 days old, I'm already starting a project list for my new ace helper! He already grabs ahold of my little Snap-on ignition screwdriver just fine! (yes, under Dads CLOSE watch..)
I wonder if Simpson makes Nomex baby shoes?

Our daughters name is Shelby, and she loves her name. Son's name is Chris, because I wanted to name him that, Cool huh!

Congrats! The birth your kids is the most humbling and joyful time in my life. I agree that if the birthing right was switched we maybe extinct but dealing with the wife for 9 months is no easy task either. My oldest son turned 5 the 23rd and he "informed" me that I was to keep the "yellow car" aka the cobra around so that he could drive when he was older? To which I replied we'll see. Is this your first?

Thanks again, everyone. We three are just doing great!
Yes, GOCATS, this is our first. What an experience. He hadn't been hatched more than 10 minutes, when my wife said she would do this again, absolutely!
So, there's still a chance for those car names...
