Default Need measurement for the dash support tubes

Hey guys

I need another measurement for th vintage 427S/C. For the dash support tubes, I need the following measurements.

1- Diameter of the tubes (3/4" and covered with dash material)
2- Distance back from the front edge of the dash to the front of the tubes
3- Distance inbetween the two bars at the top (UNDER THE DASH)
4- Distance between the bars at the bottom (On the trans tunnel)
5- Distance the bottom (on trans tunnel) tubes are from the firewall

Thanks

What kind of kit are you building? A lot of these measurements are a little hard to give from the references points you give. The two tubes start at the top 1 1/2" tube about 1" apart and attach to the 4" frame tubes so that they are aligned with the back edge of the fiberglass footboxes in the originals. If you're not using an original style frame it will be difficult to give measurements from your reference points.
If you're building an FFR, the 4" chassis rails are wider apart than the originals, so you may have to do some creative attachment. Also, the FFR tranny tunnel is wider than the originals, so it may look a little funny trying to replicate the original look.
May have to make some creative decisions and just place them where they "look right". Or, if someone in your area has a Kirkham you could look at, you may be able to extrapolate how yours will need to be done based on how theirs is done.

Default measurements

I am building a FFR which is why all the measurements I am asking do not rely on where the origional chassis connection pionts are.

With the requested measurements I will be able to put the supports in the correct area and connect them to the chassis where ever they fall.

But to do that I need the above measurements to "Locate" them in the cockpit.

Thanks
