just need to spash the nose, I'll just shave the fenderlips off of a slab body, smooth in around the wheel openings. Gotta find a flat windscreen too.

I saw a neat little 3-D camera system demonstrated on one of Jay Leno's videos. It enabled him to make replicas of complicated and impossible to find parts for his cars. I don't know if the cost of renting a system large enough to map a car nose would be feasible, but it might make a nervous owner more likely to volunteer his car.

I don't need the whole body, just the nose. I'm looking for a wreck or one under going restoration. They have them 3-D printers in full sized car size, but then this is becoming too costly/complicated. I can make a plaster plug from pictures, and then splash the mold from that, was just floating the whole idea out there if sumone knew of a car out there.
