i was more interested in bruces' "hotrod challenge" killer cobra. that car kills.

FYI -- CSX2289 is going to cross the auction block at the next Gooding & Co. event in Scottsdale AZ on Jan 21-22, 2011.

The estimated price is $525-625K USD, which seems a bit rich to me. I know some buyers are looking for "original unrestored" vs fully restored, so who knows... I guess it'll depend who's in the crowd that day.

Has csx2289 been restored now . Its a shame these cars are subjected to frame off restorations , it just washes away the history and stories these cars have to tell.
