Default Info. on CSX3197

-Does anyone know if CSX3197 came originally in the murdered out configuration Black w/Black wheels?

See Pic: http://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/d..._at_SAAC31.jpg

-What gauges and dash layout is used in this car? Are these gauges original?

See Pic: http://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/d...2006_2_-51.jpg

-Does anyone have any more pictures and/or information on this car?

Thanks, Mike

Acording to Trevor Legate's book, CSX 3197 was delivered in black with black trim on 4/11/65.

Thanks, I am unfamiliar with the registry. Is this information available online somewhere?

Thank You, Mike

No, the Registry is not online. It is in book form only. I'd suggest if you have an interest in purchasing CSX3197 or another original Cobra you should have a Registry and contact the Cobra Registrar for any updates.

This car would have been delivered with Sunburst wheels and Smiths gauges not SW.

Thanks again for the info. I am looking for information on this car to replicate
it with my build. The car is pretty unique looking and is one of a few on my list that I am considering for replication.

Thanks Again, Mike

One of the many SCised street cars. See the dash instrument layout with glove, ashtray, door pockets etc.

Ah, that makes sense. Gas filler cap looks different too.

Thanks Nick... I'll be pulling out the roll bar for measuring soon and will give you a call.

Thanks, Mike
