I remember seeing it for sale in Hemmings about 35 years ago. Can't remember the price, but the body came with it. No engine though.

Or one of the "EFX Chassis", they didn't have engine mount pedestals.....although this could be after installation. I recall they were in the Detroit area.......

This car has motor mounts and worn race tires. Without seeing the wheels, however, there is little to assist in narrowing down the possibilities.
