How wrong are PS Eng. gt-40's on a Cobra?
Hi all,
I really like the PS Engineering GT-40 wheels & am thinking about them for my build. Since I'm doing a street style car & sunbursts are no longer available, are the GT-40's a big faux pas'? FWIW, everything else on the car will be visually accurate... I'm hoping someone will say that with the variations that occurred on the originals, that there is some precedence for the GT-40's being 'OK'.
Thanks for your opinions,
DD

Personally I think the wheels look great. Never seen them on a Cobra before and I don't know if they were ever on an original.
Who cares about that anyway. It is your car. Add your touches to it and never look back.
My worthless .02 of opinion.

I like them. There are no hard fast rules on original wheels. Run what you like. Any PSE is better than a Trigo.

Everyone knows that the PS's are way better quality. Kind of like comparing a FF to an ERA.
(Just kidding!)

Thanks for the support & the links... I'm looking at the yokohama avids as well. My builder says they're the only tire out there that fits & is actually round... ;-)
