Was the email sent from "kathy willets"? If so, yes. Running the pump dry will not hurt it?

Yes that was me.
Even if it wasn't,what are the odds that you would receive info on a SW 240 A Electric Fuel Pump,,, out of the clear blue,,, from an unknown person ??
Kind of high I bet.
It won't hurtit to run it dry,the piston never gets wet, saying that, I wouldn't run it for hours.
You want to hear and feel it run,if it runs, it pumps.
