Default Tonneau Cover Stud Pattern

Does anyone out there know the correct tonneau stud pattern with dimensions from known reference points? I have many photos of original cars, so I know how many and roughly where they should go, but I would like to check if anyone out there has a correct diagram or pattern before I start drilling holes in my KMS 427!

Thanks
Stuart

I hear you! "Measure twice, cut once" certainly applies in this case!

Default Are you using a soft top?

Originals shared the same pattern with the soft top studs and added 5 more across the cowl.
If you plan to use a soft top, fit the top first and use the same stud locations for tonneau fabrication.
If you don't plan a soft top, then the pattern you choose won't matter.

Thanks Doug,
I plan to fit both hood and tonneau options, so I will wait until I get both before drilling any holes.

Hoods are for girls.

Thanks Paul,
Like you, I too have experience of driving Cobras in rain in the UK...........but I cried like a girl when I couldn't see the road ahead and it took me 2 weeks to dry the thing out when I got back home!
So I don't want to take any chances with my new Kirkham! That reminds me, where did I put my pipe and slippers.............

That's true. The inside of the screen does get wetter than the outside.
I found a good coating of Rain-X helps enormously.
