Default 2016 Nw Arkansas Supercruise 10/20 - 10/23

Time to start planning for this years 4 day cruise on the Nw Arkansas roads. The dates are October 20 (arrival day) through October 23rd (pack up day). We always have a great time cruising the roads and having small parking lot parties to review the day. Check out these threads for more info and pictures of past events

That would be great Wayne. Our real one's can't drive this far, so, will be good to have an actual CSX car! Remember, we cruise on Friday, Saturday AND Sunday. So, if you can't make it until Friday afternoon, that's fine, we'll have a good cruise on Saturday as well.

Less than a week away, and weather appears to be breaking for our 7th annual cruise in Nw Arkansas. Car has new shoes to break in, and looking forward to some cool if not cold mornings warming up to perfect temps during the day. If you're interested, let me know, we have 17 cars going at this point, so, should be a good time!

I wanted to thank Tim for putting this together and all the hard work he did in laying out the excellent routes! Also Mike for the entertainment! Along with all the Gateway group for a wonderful weekend!

I'm working on a little video coming soon to document the cruise.

Thanks again!

P.S. No Spin outs!

Larry,

That was a very nice video. Just where is that road? Several of the places along it look familiar to me. It also looks as if you have a very nice day for the drive. Thanks for posting it.

Ron, that is highway 221 between Berryville and Eureka Springs. They call it Race Track Road The weather could not have been better. Chilly in the morning and warmer during the day. Had 15 cars this year, and had a blast.

Our parking lot parties after the cruise are pretty special

Complete with decorations

A long day's drive deserves some snacks and of course a margarita

This is how you herd cobra's...

These cruises just keep getting better and better. Really looking forward to Deadwood and also going back to NW Arkansas.

Tim really puts together a good time. Definitely a bucket list item for those who haven't attended.

If you're not into driving, these may not be for you - in 3-1/2 days, I put on just a touch over 700 miles What a good time.

Paul
