I used to cruise Woodward in the Sixties, probably wouldn't recognize it now...anyhow don't know date of Woodward DreamCruise but it's coming up. Onthe Team Shelby site they have this announcement quoted exactly:

Team Shelby has been granted 25 spots for Shelby vehicles to park in Mustang Alley at the Woodward Dream Cruise.
We will accept the first 25 Shelby Mustangs to register for this event.
Read the following carefully, there will be no exceptions to the described. All parking along Mustang Alley will occur between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. If you arrive late, there is no way to guarantee your parking spot. Once parked, your vehicle will become part of the event for the entire day. Your vehicle must stay in place until event exiting is allowed. Event exiting will begin no sooner that 6:00 p.m. The only exception to this rule will be for emergency situations.
Security will be provided during the event for those who choose to wander about.
Lastly, there is a $20.00 advanced registration fee to park in “Mustang Alley”. You will be notified with parking confirmation, arrival time, and fee payment arrangements prior to Dream Cruise weekend."
