Bummed out over Knott's

Well, I'm Bummed..... I was trying to get my car ready to go to Knott's, and the USMC called my son to active duty. Without my helper, I didn't get everything done in time.
Oh, well, maybe next year....

Rich Anderson and Rich Lacy will be out there representing Shell Valley but they told me someone had to stay behind and man the phones. What fun would a bunch of cool cars in the California sunshine be anyway?

Keep working on the car Mike and hopefully we can meet up at the Spring Fling. By then It should be my turn to go play!

I don't get to go either. My Centerline wheel came apart during a rally last Saturday. All the glue came out of the joint inside the rim. I have it apart but cannot get it fixed in time. The good news is, my friend gave me tickets to the races at California Speedway! I'll miss you guys and catch you next time.

I hope your son's call to active duty only slows your Cobra build.
I watched one of mine go off during the Desert Storm war and was blessed by his return unharmed. But now he is a cop and in harms way everyday oh, what the hell. Your son is with the biggest and baddest armed fighting men anywhere. Good Luck.
