Four AVO Shocks w/ Coil Overs
I have just updated SPF #770 with Olthoff-designed Bilstein shocks and coil overs. I have the original set of AVO shocks for sale. These have 3509 miles on them. They come complete with Superformance factory supplied springs. These are 24 position adjustable oil-filled shocks and are suitable for most IRS suspensions. They also have independently adjustable ride height, as well, so you can adjust your ride height at all four corners. No leaks, excellent condition. 2 fronts and 2 rears, all properly labeled.
$400.00 beans, delivered to your door.

Hi Freddie,
Do you know if the rears would work with a Jag IRS???? If you don't know, maybe you could give me the model # or an eye to eye measurement. I'm doing a custom job for the front, so I know that I can make them work.
Thanks!
Jon Miller
p.s. I do know that I'll need 2 more for the rear....

Jag IRS? Don't know....
Gee, Jon, I don't know, but I'll be happy to post eye-to-eye measurements for both front and rear sets. I can't get to it until tonight, though, since I'm at the office now. You okay with that?
I've also updated the original posting....these shocks do have independently adjustable ride height settings. You can adjust them to acheive whatever ride height you want and/or need - within reason, of course.

Got the dimensions, now...
Jon...and anyone else who may be interested in these shocks...I just came in from measuring the shocks. Eye-to-eye, as close as I can measure, I have fronts at 13 5/8", while rears are 14 5/8". This is measuring as close to the center of each mounting eye as I can.
Also, each shock, both fronts and rears, have stampings on them "B5 1013". I can try to find out more info from the Superformance tech guys if anyone so desires.
Let me know if you're interested.

Hi FF,
It looks to the untrained eye (that would be me) that you've got the ACA 145/105 rears with an open measurement of 14.5". My car has a ride height of 12" so it looks like your shocks would work on my car. Before I drain 400 hard fought beans from the Cobra fund could you take a look at the AVO site and let me know what you think??
http://www.cfimotorsports.com/avo2.htm
Thanks Again!

Yepper....that looks like 'em....
That looks like them, sure enough. Except that mine are painted yellow as these apparently were custom made for SPF....just guessing here. I've been to that AVO page before, but was unable to find any specific model/part numbers that matched these shocks. I'm fairly certain the ACA 145/105 models are correct for the rears because of the dimensions listed, but not sure about the fronts.
I don't blame you for wanting to be certain. I fully appreciate your position and I'll do what I can to make sure these will work for you....no problem.
Let me know... I work for FedEx, so I can have them to you in a flash!
