Seats Wanted
I am in search of a set of seats for my Cobra and would like suggestions, manufacturer, price and pictures would be greatly appreciated. I am currently looking at the Corbeau Classic like what Roscoe has in his and to date it looks like the best choice, but I am still investigating other possible options. I don't have a problem with information related to just seat frames that I would take to an upholstery shop to have them matched to what they are already using in the rest of my car.
Thank you.
John

Contact Mike Kenney of NOS Motorsports..
He has an original Richmond style seat. These are the same seats that went into the Hi-Tech. He was offering a 10% discount to our members.
These seats are very comfortable. If I ever sell my cobra these seats go with me.

Mike,
You have any pictures of the seats in or out of your car?
Thank you.

I will second that....
Mike is 100% correct.
I spent too much time trying to find, make, convert seats.
I finally bought the NOS seats.
They are outstanding.

Bill,
Wow, these look exactly like the ones I currently have, but mine are red. Look in my gallery and tell me if you think they look the same.
When did you get them, how long did it take and how much. I will call Mike Kenney later today, but it would be nice to know this info.
Thank you.

John,
Wow, they do look exactly like yours!
I paid $1099.00 the ClubCobra.com special.
Took about two weeks to get, they got married
and went on their honeymoon.
Very easy to deal with.
Cheers,

John,
I just installed the Cobra Classic (like Roscoe's). They are really nice, but I had to "Tweak" the paseeneger side just a bit. In other words, to get the seat to NOT be too cocked outward, I had to bend the frame a bit (Heavey hammer on one corner). Now fits and looks great. The best part is I think they only cost around $385 for the set.

Good Morning All,
Sorry, I have been mistaken on the style of seat I thought I was looking at. In the first post in this thread I stated the "Corbeau Classic" like Roscoe has, actually he has the "Cobra Classic", both of these seats are available through www.autotoystore.com. I like the appearance of the "CORBEAU classic" seat better but am leary of the additional 1.5" height of the seat in comparison to the "COBRA classic" seat. I have acquired pictures of the "Cobra classic" seat in several different Cobra replicas but have no idea what black vinyl material is used, and I have material samples of the "Corbeau classic" seat and they compliment my existing interior vinyl but have no pictures installed in a Cobra replica.
My questions are,
1) Does anyone have a material sample or great description/picture of the "COBRA classic" seat MATERIAL?
OR
2) Does anyone have a picture of a "CORBEAU classic" seat installed in a Cobra.
Your help would make all the difference.
Thank you.
John
