Default parts for 289 slabside kit cars.

I have a whole rear end differential/suspension/brakes arrangement that used to be on my ex Hawk 289 slabside.It is in as new condition with about 2500 miles after installation. It consists of: a narrowed 8.8 with 9 inches axles and bearings,power lock unit,hubs for splinned wheels,Wilwood 12 inches brakes assembly with hand brakes calipers, composite mono leaf springs,two Bilstein shock absorbers,and a panhard rod. This unit was built by a pro shop. Price is 850.00 U.S. dollars.

4 Dunlop 15X6 wire wheels cromed as new in appearance and leak free. 450.00 dollars.

One 289 locking gaz cap (ceandess repro) new. 40.00

Two new bullit side mirror 4 1/2 inches diameter one flat one convex. 55.00 for both.

One hard-top with plexi rear window plus gasketting and fixtures on gel coat finish...new but need to be painted. 550.00.

Please note all parts are located in Canada . I will pack and put it on transport.

Hey Ronald...Were are you located..I live in the West Island. Wonder if your hard top will fit a Classic Roadsters Kit?

Charles,

Give me few days I will need to take a picture of the locking cap as I had some picts. of the main parts but none of the gaz cap. I go with a traditionnal 35mm. apparatus and a scanner hence the delay.

Gerry,

I am far in the east Gaspé coast....as would it fit the Classic Roadster I can't say. The best would be to try it out! Altough I can't guarantee this there is a planning of family vacationning that would get us passing by the Montréal area in the beginning of august and the light hard-top could be attached on my van rack then. In such a case I will let you know.
