It fits a 427 Ford. The price is exactly what I paid for it from Shelby Performance.

If you buy the entire set up for $1k plus actual shipping, I'll include the hydraulic clutch activator assembly for the unit.
Please let me know ASAP.I have another member interested in the just the clutch.

Price reduced to $250! Cleaning out the cobra garage!! 
Also McLeod clutch, fly wheel, throw out bearing and pressure plate for a 427 are available.

The fork, bell housing and adaptor are sold.
I still have the McLeod clutch assembly, fly wheel, pressure plate and throw out bearing, available. All parts are new and still in their original boxes. Originally intended for a 427 build.
