SCOBRAC, seing how intelligent you say you are, one would wonder how an intelligent person could make assumptions with no facts, you are wrong and my photo's prove your grevious error in judgement. none of us know it all, give a guy a break until you have all the facts. I live in New Jersey, and if any members live nearby, they can come to my shop and inspect the motor themselve's. all that I have written is absolute truth, and can easily verified. I think that after viewing my photo's an apology would be appropiate.

You've got to be kidding me. Cross-bolt mains on all FE blocks?????? Only three styles of heads???????

HR head came well before medium-riser--so that kind of blows your statement about each iteration of design producing more power . It went: LR, HR, SOHC, MR, and TP--(five).

Do you really think people are going to listen to what you say when it is sprinkled with so many incorrect statements that demonstrate lack of knowledge in this area?

Harsh? Not harsh enough.

A laugh a minute.

Buz

I said:

quote:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What the hell, now that we know your a LIAR, tell 'em it's a NASCAR 427, there is no way they could say your wrong without tearing the motor down!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Yeah, I see what you mean. But that section of the post taken by itself is out of context with that section. It seems clear to me the point I was making was:

It would be easy for ANYBODY to claim to have a 427 SO or NASCAR and actually have a 390. FEW could tell the difference!

It is interesting that the motor in question here is now in doubt as to wether or not it is or isn't a NASCAR motor. THATS how hard it is to tell the difference, and THATS the point.

Hey, don't forget to count my RED with WHITE stripe Cobra as well as the BLUE one. Very creative haveing TWO. How many did you say you have? Only ONE??? Oh, so sorry, I got two, na na na na. LOL

I did not come here to boast, but i have the cobra, a 472 cu.in tunnel ram mustang and a lamorgini replica, I have won the two car shows I entered my cobra in. the pictures of the trophies are included in my e-mail. I don't feel the need for two cobras, one good one is enough in my opinion. did you build or buy yours ? all my cars I built, motors and everything. i created and applied all the custom options. can someone please help me get the photo's here to end the speculation.

bmalone, get your facts correct, I said that the police interceptors had four bolt mains, the 390/ 401hp, the 406/ 405hp and of course the 427 has them. I did not say all fe motors had four bolt mains. I have had all three motors so I know they exsist . who do you guys think you are. after I get my proof to you guys, I don't think I will be back. I do not tolerate such abuse and do not go where I am not welcomed or insulted.

Ok.. I'm back from the bank. Tell me where to send the cash. USPS money orders don't go up to 25k... I'm going out to pull the C5AE manifold off my car to be ready for the engine delivery fairies. Do you think I can run dual 850's with this motor? I am thinking about putting my 14:1 Arias pistons in this motor for maxim burnout potential.. What do you guys think?

(the following is an exerpt of what this thread would be like if the post occured in it's proper fourm... ffr.com. It is not to be taken seriously and should not be attempted at home)

SCOBRAC, what part don't you understand, I don't own or desire a factory five car, would possibly consider the daytona coupe though. where do you get your information from, you are totally incorrect on many points. my e-mail is listed above, send me a e-mail and you will have the photo's of the 427, my cobra, my mustang and my lamborghini. compare my cars to yours. I don't really like getting into these kinds of debates, but you need to be corrected.

Lamorgini?? Every "LAMORGINI" owner I ever met came over from the ffr.com site. I never said you owned one. But given the obvious level of your expertise you spend a great deal of time there. You never told me where to send the $25k...

As for comparing, what's the point. I have more wrapped up in my side oiler than you do in your fox bodied mustang and your house trailer. No be a good kid and go do a burnout or something.

If you would like us to look at your LAMORGINI please put a few photo's in your gallery. The fact you can't seem to figure out how to reduce the size of your photo's pretty much explains why you are not quite ready to build a FFR.

So is it, or isn't it?

Maybe you know what you have, maybe you don't. One thing is for certin however, none of US knows what you have because you haven't even posted a single serial number or part number.

Sure, your're catching a little flack here, but you could put a quick end to it by backing up your claims.

By the way, if you have any cross bolted 390's laying around your shop I'd be REALLY interested to see one of those too..............

I stated at least five times above, that I could not upload the pictures through the forum. I said that anyone wanting the pictures could just send me an e-mail and I would send them to them. how hard is that? I am no dummy, and could not configure the photo's to upload in any format I tried, they come directly from my digital camera, and is saved with the software. I have no problem e-mailing them. my address is listed above. it would be interesting to see if anyone in here could modify and upload them. I am doing all I can to provide my proof, but not ONE person has sent me the e-mail .
