Default 1965 gt350 steering wheel

Hello all, a little new here but could not find a general discussion area so I figured anyone looking for this steering wheel would know what they are looking for and coulo help me out....I have an oportunity to purchase a 65 shelby steering wheel the later version that has the long slots in the three spokes not the early one with the holes in the three spokes. My question is does anyone know what is the differance or better stated the tell tale sighn of an original as oposed to a repro like the one Tony Branda sells. I have heard the origianl was a 16 inch..also heard that lecarra and made in italy were inscribed on the origianls, and have had others tell me that is not correct either...so now I come to you all here to see who can help.

Default more details please

any more details on this 65 wheel...did the wheel have that name inscribed on it or something like that...getting close I hope to truly identify whether or not what i am or was going to buy was real or not...someone emailed me in response also saying that the 65gt350s had 15 inchers and the 65gt350r-models used the 16 inchers off of the cobra...
