Club Cobra Meatball / Rondelle Special
Hello everyone,
I just wanted everyone to know that I have worked out a special deal with Michael Squier from Squier Design's for special pricing for Club Cobra members for meatballs/rondelles. These are awesome. They come in many different typestyles and include a trim ring around the edge.
I just received mine and they look great!
Check them out in my photo gallery at:
http://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/s...cat=500&page=1
I will also try to post a smaller photo with this thread.
Michael has even set up a special "Club Cobra Special" website at:
http://www.squierdesign.com/clubcobra
Check it out for all of the details!
(ps..I get no commission. I paid the same amount for my meatballs as you will. I'm just trying to help everyone.)

They look great. How long have you had yours & how are they holding up ? Are they easy to remove ? How do they compare to Finish lines meat balls ?
Thanks for the information.

I just got mine and only time will tell how they stand up. The seem to be really high quality.
They differ from the Finishline meatballs in that they have the trim ring included as well as any font or color that you want. Also these are 16". I'm not sure the size of the finish line ones.

I e-mailed asking about them. With four, 16" white round backgrounds, numbers and the ring, the price was $125 + tax & shipping, is that about right ?

No the Club Cobra Special is $75
The Club Cobra Special is $75 plus $6 shipping for a total of $81 dollars. Click on this link to view the special. Michael and Rita Squier are the ones that set this up, ask for them.

Please let me know if you have any trouble getting the special.
They really do look great. I love the vintage lettering.

Looks great! I haven't decided if I'm going that route or if I'll just get # decals. Thanks for the tip

I bought those from Finishline. Squier is looking into making those too.
They are also static cling.

Unique- thank you for the info on the reduced price & the people I need to contact. I have a concern placing them on the hood. With the the line break between the hood and front snout. When placing the meatball between the two, you'll have to cut at that point seperating the numbers. Does that look odd ? I would have apx. 1/2" of void space seperating the numbers. Is there any way to correct that ? I have see a few cars with numbers where the whole meatball is only on the nose and not carring onto the hood. Do you have any photos' showing this ? Any advice will be appreciated !
Thanks

I'm debating the hood placement myself. I think what I might do is cut the meatball and put some on the nose and some on the hood. Then put a little double sided tape on the leading edge of the portion on the hood.to keep the wind from getting under it.
It shouldn't look any different than if it were painted on. Painted on meatballs have the break where the hood hinges also.
I have a photo of my nose here. (without the meatball cut)

That looks great, so does your car by the way !
How does the meatball look from directly over head ?
I'm sure that's the way to go though.

I've not cut the meatball yet. (sounds like I am preparing an Italian dish) I have had them on the car about 15 minutes while I snapped a few photos.
I'll post some photos when I put them on correctly.
Thanks for the compliment on the car too!

I got mine from Mike well over a year ago. They have stood the test of time. He also made up the 'Roscoe' sticker.
