TRADE-bumperets for quick jacks
Hello, I'm wanting to trade my front & rear bumperets, for front & rear quick jacks. Mine are chrome & in great condition. I don't know if all of them out there are the same bolt pattern ? Mine are from Lone Star. We can measure each others bolts on center to make sure they'll fit. I prefer polished stainless or chrome.
Thank you.

I'm wanting to get rid of my quick-jacks, and hoping to buy bumperettes soon. My quick-jacks are not chromed or stainless, but they are powdercoated black. My bolt pattern is 2 1/4" center to center. Please respond if you are interested. Thanks, Brad.

Funfer,
Lonestar, a copy of our Classic Roadsters II will not fit other cars. The bumperettes/jacks have a different bolt pattern, unless the bolt pattern was modified at the frame on your car. We can set you up jacks, give me a call.

Maybe the bumperettes will work for me - I might be off on my measurement slightly. If you have time, call me at home Sunday night at (513) 943-0329. We can talk a little more about a trade and make arrangements to try a swap if you're interested in trying them out. I would sell the quick-jacks outright to anyone if the trade doesn't work out. Brad, I'm really looking for chrome or stainless. I could have them plated depending on total cost, your price & chroming ? I've been trying to call Jay to check his price. When I get a hold of him, I'll let you know.
Thanks

Kevin,
Taking the time to strip the powdercoat and chroming will not be worth the effort in the long run - do yourself a favor and buy yourself a new set from Jay. My theory is that if it's worth your money to do something, you may as well do it right the first time. Heeding my own advice, I think I'm going to buy new bumperettes from my manufacturer and sell the racing jacks shortly afterwards at a slightly discounted rate from cost of new (mine are new and never have been used). Good luck in your search . . . Brad
