Steve
I moved it to a more appropriate location. Thought about advertising alternatives?
Thanks.

I will be back in Las Vegas the end of the month in order to straighten out the details of my deal with Shelby American in regards to the Ken Miles project.
When that is complete and fully underway, we will talk.

They're doin' great...
Ron..they're doin' just great! They're starting Pre-Kindergarten later this month and they're all fired up over "school". They're all into hot rods, Cobras, motorcycles ('spensive Choppers, of course!), and airplanes...specifically bi-planes ("Wif' smoke comin' out, Daddy!..as Will says). Took 'em to the Dayton Airshow along with some other aero-nuts I run around with...had a ball with 'em! Here's a picture from this past Winter...sorry, it's the latest one I have on this machine...with their first 'snowman' from a wimpy little 2-3 inch snowfall we had this past January. It was a joke, but the boys loved it! That's Will on the left, Drew on the right...snowman in the middle...got it?

Oh Boy!!!
I had a feeling it could have been my screw up. I do not have an envelope or paper with your address on it. I am confused but, oh well.
Please fax me or e-mail your address.
For my records, can you get a photocopy of the check too. I will need it for my records.
Sorry for the screw up.
Mail order is apparently not my bag.

All gone for now.
If there are any left unsigned, I will know after Monterey and then Peter could possibly sign a few.
But, as it now stands, window closed.

Got mine...!
BTW..Steve...got mine just fine, thank you!
It's funny...but in reading the book, I was taken back to California in the late 50's....my Pop was in the Air Force, and had just been assigned to Travis Air Force Base as a nuclear weapons load officer. Several times during this assignment he took the family out to "Vaca Valley Raceway" to see the sports car races. Although I don't recall any mention of Ken Miles' name, I was only 9 or 10 and I doubt if he ever raced there. Still, I recall the D type "Jag-you-ars", and more than a few Porsche 550 Spyders....even a funny looking red Ferrari with even funnier looking front fenders that tucked back under the front wheels ... everything had wire wheels...a few solid wheels on the Porsches...but, what did I know?
I had no idea that almost 50 years later I'd still be as awestruck as I am now with all the history I was seeing first hand. Man...what a golden time for sports car racing.
Great book, BTW...I'm lovin' it...! Keep it on the coffee table in "my" den...on top of the signed Porsche book "Excellence was Expected". Herr Helmuth Bott signed my Porsche book during a trip to Germany in 1984. Now, I have another piece of history.
Thank you...! Me likee.....

Ron,
I wish I knew about this post before I processed your order for the Cobra Ferrari Wars DVD. We could have traded! I would have owed you a little cash though. Still have any copies? By the way did you get your shipped status email for the DVD?
