Default Canton Remote Filter Adapter for Sale

http://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/d...re_136-med.jpg[/url]

I have this Canton remoter filter adapter available. Undamaged with all attaching parts. It's the black part on the block where the filter would normally be. Allows hoses to be attached and relocate filter elsewhere. Many frames will not permit full size filter without this modification. Fits 289/302/351/429/460
$40.00 Plus fair shipping.

I'm interested. Please tell me about the remote mount. Maybe I misunderstood, but do you have the Canton Filter adapter and the remote mount for sale? If so I will buy them it the remote mount can be fitted to my car. Please send picture of the remote mount.

Thanks,
Tom

It is a Canton part fits 289,302,351 or anything else that uses standard Ford filter. It has 2 ports for 1/2" tapered pipe thread to attach hose end to, allows filter to be relocated. I also have a Remote mount cast aluminum (for Ford Filter) for the filter itself for $10.00. + fair shipping. I will combine it with other part if both purchased @ $50.00. The parts are in very good condition with no damage, cracks or damaged threads. I just need to clear out some of the various parts I have in the garage.

Rick;

Is this the type that you would bolt onto the existing oil filter "boss" on the block then route the hoses to the remote filter mounted say on the fender well or somewhere else,one hose would go from the adapter to the filter and the other hose from the filter back to the adapter to return the oil to the enigne??????

Could it also be used with an oil cooler???????

Could you post a picture?????

Very interested;

David
