A GM LS-1 aluminum engine is a small block used in the Corvette and optional in a Camaro or Firebird. There are many aftermarket and performance options including replacement of the cylinder sleeves and stroker crankshafts to increase displacement to 427 cid. Edelbrock even makes a carbureted conversion!

I'll send you photos if I can access your email.

Regards,
Gerry

Gerry, you might want to post a message in the FOr Sale section of the ffcobra.com forum . They have a forum dedicated to GTM builders. The GTM is designed to used the C5 Corvette as a donor.
